Human Resources Marketing and Anthropology

Human resources can no longer be content with the daily tasks of recruitment, training, payroll, and career management, as is still the case today. Human resources must take care of human resources marketing by incorporating all the functions and skills they are tasked with. This is a real conversion, an intellectual exercise that will allow us to think, see, undertake, and act differently, placing the human being at the center of all decisions, in short, the primacy of subjective work over objective work!

This transformation of language, action, and real internal communication will begin to initiate a new process of individualization within a body that is the company, the collective. Each entity must be respected in its uniqueness for the good of the whole body. An excellent business leader will distinguish himself in his ability to reach others through what touches him, not to affect them, but to reconcile individual interests with collective interests; he will need to communicate appropriately, choosing his words and the moment. It's an art! Managers will be able to initiate the initiative of each individual in the new direction they take, through true language, true communication; employees will quickly understand the interest of mobilizing in favor of this change.

Furthermore, it is important to note that many people talk about the "company brand"; however, we should address the upstream work to create The Brand, that is to say: "The awareness" which is fundamental.

Was it not Aristotle who once challenged man with this axiom: "Know thyself!" This applies as much to the human being who is a natural person, as to the company which is a legal person.
