CGI Canada Opens New Center of Excellence in Fes

Canadian company CGI, the 5th largest independent global player in IT services, announces the opening of a new center of excellence in Fes and the recruitment of 400 professionals in Morocco.
CGI has two sites in Casablanca and Rabat where it employs over 700 professionals. These two centers of excellence offer expertise in application services, infrastructure and support, using numerous technologies: Data Management, CRM, NICT, ERP, Legacy.
Today, major clients in sectors such as energy, retail, aeronautics and banking trust CGI to support them in their digital transformation projects. To meet the strong growth in client demand and accommodate numerous new projects, the company has chosen to strengthen its activity in Morocco by opening a third site in Fes, explains the group.
In total, CGI plans to recruit approximately 400 professionals on permanent contracts (CDI) this year in Morocco. Positions for IT engineers (specializing in infrastructure, support and applications) and junior and senior consultants are available in the Casablanca, Rabat and Fes centers. Furthermore, in partnership with the University of Fes and the INSA Toulouse school established in Fes, CGI is offering around one hundred internship opportunities.
Located in the 20-hectare private park of Fes Shore, inaugurated in 2012, CGI's new center of excellence will benefit from modern and efficient infrastructure. Designed as a business campus with work, living and leisure spaces, the park will offer a pleasant and stimulating work environment for professionals, explains CGI.
