Through their stories, we celebrate professional paths marked by purpose, mentoring, and impact, in order to inspire new generations and encourage them to build careers aligned with their values.

Today, we are pleased to introduce you to the journey of Fairouz Oulad, People Solutions Director at Concentrix. A path guided by high standards, international openness, and a deeply human vision of the HR function.

Journey & Inspirations:

My career has been built through international and multicultural experiences.
I had the opportunity to work in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and today in Morocco. These sometimes complex but always stimulating environments have allowed me to develop solid expertise in human capital management, as well as a global strategic vision and a strong ability to adapt.

Today, I now lead the human resources department across four regions, with over 12,000 employees, with a particular focus on technological transformation and initiatives aimed at optimizing both operational performance and the experience of our game changers.

What has marked my career are the encounters with inspiring leaders and teams in each country, who taught me the importance of boldness, perseverance, and adaptability. Each context has brought me a new way of thinking about management and leadership.

Vision & Leadership:

To reach leadership positions, three qualities seem essential to me:

  • A clear strategic vision that makes sense – while remaining grounded in operational reality,

  • The ability to unite teams,

  • And true resilience in the face of challenges.

Today, in Morocco and internationally, leadership is embodied through agility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to create environments where talents can fully thrive.

My vision for the future of the HR function relies on:

  • Accelerating digitalization,

  • Strengthening the employee experience,

  • Building more inclusive and high-performing organizations,

  • And preparing for the jobs of tomorrow – those that do not yet exist today.

Advice for Young Professionals:

To a young person starting today in the Moroccan market, I would say:
dare to step out of your comfort zone, be curious, and learn from every experience, including internationally if possible.

Mistakes to avoid:
limiting yourself to your immediate environment and not seeking to develop your skills.

For me, "success" means: aligning your ambitions with your values and having a positive impact on the people and the organization around you.

Mentoring & Impact:

My greatest professional pride lies in the success of the HR transformations I have supported, and in the progress of the teams I have had the opportunity to help.
Seeing employees grow, gain confidence, and excel is, for me, the most beautiful reward.

I would like to inspire the younger generation by showing that an international and ambitious career is accessible to everyone – with perseverance, openness, and emotional intelligence – regardless of social background or gender. Ultimately, everything depends on the strength of human relationships.

If I had to pass on only one lesson, it would be this:
stay authentic, develop a network, dare to take on responsibilities, and cultivate the positive impact you can have around you.
