The recruiter seeks to get to know you, to analyze how you will express yourself.

Variant: How would your friends or colleagues describe you? The recruiter is trying to judge how much self-awareness you have while trying to learn more about your personality.

Can you tell me about a professional experience you are particularly proud of, which particularly motivated you?

Choose an experience that preferably has a link with the target position and where you had an important role. Be sure to explain the context of the mission, your role, the results obtained, why was it a success?

Variants: What kinds of risks have you been led to take in your life? Did you have responsibilities? If so, which ones?
