The 3rd Coaching Conference

Coaching: A Path to Growth and Development During Turbulent Times

The 3rd Coaching Conference will be held on June 24, 2010, at the Petroleum Club in Casablanca from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

This event, organized by the Moroccan Coaches Association, Maroc Coaching, will feature presentations by Mr. Jamal RHMANI – Minister of Employment and Professional Training, Ms. Sylvianne CANNIO – Vice President of the ICF Board: International Coach Federation and co-author of the book "Commented Coaching Cases," and many other speakers. More than 200 participants including Executive Managers, Senior Officials, Association Leaders, Professionals, and supporters of Coaching and support from both national and international backgrounds.

They will all be present to exchange ideas, debate, and reflect together on coaching as a tool to navigate turbulent periods (entering a new market, taking on a new role, crisis, change, increased development, etc.).

With coaching having been present in Morocco for 10 years, these 3rd conferences will also be an opportunity to take stock and present the first directory of Moroccan coaches published by the Maroc Coaching association.

Since its founding in 2004, Maroc Coaching, a non-profit professional association, has tirelessly worked to promote Coaching in Morocco. It organizes numerous conferences and workshops every year, publishes articles and other writings on coaching, contributes to a better community life at the societal level, and provides its members and the general public with its website.
