The Quality Manager, in an industrial environment, designs, defines, organizes and implements the various procedures guaranteeing the quality of products. Their role is to supervise and monitor the control of raw materials, means of production, semi-finished products and finished products. They also participate in improving manufacturing processes, production organization and production equipment.
But they are above all the driving force behind the company's quality policy, and bring the quality management system to life, based on the specifications of ISO standards and certifications.
They support corrective actions and manage non-conformities. Their mission is also to enforce the rules in force relating to hygiene and safety.
Profile
A true field manager, they are close to the teams and are a source of proposals and very operational implementation. With excellent interpersonal skills, they know how to bring together their stakeholders around a common objective and support change within the teams.
An engineering degree, or equivalent, in Quality, Health and Safety is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
