Golden rules for successful recruitment...

To uphold ReKrute.com's core values, we've established some golden rules we hope you'll all follow!

These rules address ethical and deontological issues.
By following them, you'll help fight discrimination while promoting objectivity and ethics in the recruitment process. This will lead to better results and improve your chances of getting hired.

• Make sure to write personalized, targeted cover letters that match the job description. Save the document with your real first and last name (avoid using nicknames or saving your resume as "myresume.doc" or "finalresume.doc"),

• Only apply for jobs that match your profile. Don't apply to everything.

• Be honest. Don't misrepresent your professional qualifications, degrees, or experience...

• Be punctual. If something unexpected happens, call to let them know if you'll be late or unable to make your appointment.

• Respect the recruiter. For example, don't accept a job offer and then not show up.
