Twitter and Facebook lag behind in job searching. Let Mark Zuckerberg turn around in his Facebook-stamped chair, personal social networks are only used by 27% of candidates. Despite many preconceived ideas, the famous hashtag is also in the minority compared to professional social networks in the job search.



Professional social networks, 2nd source of recruitment
The two favorites, LinkedIn and Viadeo, are used by 57% of candidates. Their use by candidates is increasing and we can expect them to play an even more important role in the future.
