It's official. The partnership with CrossKnowledge, a world leader in e-learning, has allowed ReKrute.com to launch its online training portal.
The idea came from the need to offer opportunities to access soft skills modules, thus setting candidates apart in the job market. The reality is that soft skills are strong arguments for increasing a candidate's chances of landing the best job.
And it is for this reason that ReKrute.com aims to improve employability by introducing professional training to the Moroccan market that specifically meets market demands. "Higher education in Morocco lacks training in communication and personal development. The insufficiency of effective practices and teaching tools also emerged from the study we conducted before launching our portal," rightly argues Philippe Montant, CEO of ReKrute.com.
The shortcomings in soft skills are real. Positioning in this niche is therefore fully justified. And this is why the World Bank expert, Jean-Pierre Chauffour, in charge of Morocco, states that "from political awakening to economic awakening in the Arab world: the path of economic integration"... This quote speaks for itself.
In Morocco, the numbers are stubborn. "Of the 500,000 CVs in ReKrute.com's CV library, only 40,000 have been viewed more than three times," recalls Philippe Montant.
Additional training in soft skills is necessary to stand out.
Awareness at this level is real. According to the study, "89% of Moroccans are ready to train online. 65% have followed at least one training course in the last 12 months. Finally, 72% believe that training is a necessity."
Through the new soft skills training portal, the ReKrute.com teams aim to democratize training. "All Moroccans can access, from their computer, and at minimal cost, business training from the best business schools worldwide, including Harvard, ESSEC, HEC, Oxford, and Stanford," assures Alexandra Montant, Deputy CEO of ReKrute.com.
On the partner's side, Christophe Péron, director of strategic alliances and CEO of North America and Asia Pacific, promises "to develop more content in Arabic, which will contribute to the economic development of Morocco."
Ultimately, a good deal for Moroccan citizens who wish to improve themselves, given that the cost of training is 30 times less expensive than classroom-based training.
Collateral Damage
The work environment can either contribute to or destroy well-being. At some point, an employee must take stock to draw the necessary conclusions. Who has never felt overwhelmed by rage due to work pressure?
The worst thing is to endure it silently... This approach is wise, of course, but recurrences will certainly have an impact on the employee's health. Excessive and unhealthy pressure can only generate physical and mental problems. At this point, the employee should consider finding a new path where they can thrive. The calculation between working conditions and salary must be made above any other consideration!
Increased blood pressure, fluctuating blood sugar, mood swings over trifles, unexplained depression, a noticeable lack of appetite or conversely bulimia, are all clinical signs that doctors will most often attribute to work stress...
And the employee who is not often monitored within the company due to a lack of an occupational physician or lack of listening from direct management finds themselves simply overwhelmed by daily life, resulting in collateral damage. The turning point must be taken seriously. It must signal a quest for renewal professionally. Companies with clearly stated values and principles should be the first to target when looking for a new job.
And it is these structures that have now become aware of the importance of employee well-being to increase company profitability. Those who think this is a luxury will lose out in the long run... The choice is quickly made one way or the other.
