Summer holidays are over, and it's time to get back to work!

 

 

After a well-deserved break, returning to the office can be quite a challenge. To better understand what motivates each of you to get back to work, we conducted a survey on LinkedIn. The results show that priorities vary, but one thing is clear: motivation is key to a successful return! Here’s what you shared:

  • Compensation and benefits (45%): For nearly half of you, financial aspects are the main motivator.

  • New and exciting projects (30%): Many are motivated by the idea of taking on new challenges and engaging in exciting projects.

  • Career prospects (14%): Some of you see the return as an opportunity to progress and get closer to your professional goals.

  • Working with colleagues (11%): Finally, reconnecting with colleagues and the work environment is a source of motivation for part of the community.

For a successful return, set clear goals, take care of your well-being by taking breaks and maintaining a good work-life balance, and stay open to new opportunities.
