"Handicap Maroc", the first forum dedicated to recruitment and entrepreneurship for people with disabilities in Morocco will be held on October 12. Organized by the association "Espoir Maroc" under the auspices of the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs and other organizations, this event aims to be a "groundbreaking meeting to facilitate exchange between people with disabilities, employment professionals, and businesses in various sectors of the national economy"
The objective of this day is to conduct job interviews for job seekers and to inform those concerned about possible support in the field of entrepreneurship. It is also about combating negative perceptions and promoting the integration of people with disabilities through testimonials and debates, according to its initiators.
During this forum, HR managers and recruitment managers will be invited to a training seminar to introduce them to the possibilities of adapting positions within their companies, but also on how to conduct interviews with a number of candidates with disabilities other than motor disabilities. The meeting will be facilitated by the association's international partners to share other experiences and approaches.
