You have decided to resign and your employer asks you for an exit interview. What do you decide, do you accept it or not? Is it only the employer who benefits, or do exit interviews also present an advantage for you?
What are the advantages of an exit interview if you have resigned?
An exit interview allows you to actively contribute to improving the work environment and leave a good impression on the company. It may be too late for you, but your contribution can positively change the situation for your colleagues.
So do not hesitate to request an exit interview yourself if they are not customary in the company.
