As in all fields, video is in vogue and in the air of the time. Indeed, it has fantastic power because it allows you to enter into reality: the combination of sound and video allows you to live, to feel the atmosphere, to believe in what you see and hear. It is an extraordinary tool for discovering the environment in which you might like to work.
In the same spirit, we are starting to see video resumes that will give other information to the recruiter. He will see you, hear you express yourself, feel your motivation. A whole set of information that he could not guess by reading your simple paper CV.

You have understood the interest of this format and the participation in the 5th edition of the ReKruteiDAYS, the Employment Days was a real success. This year, we introduced you to a new concept in Morocco, video conferences! You could discover the heart of each company live for 1 hour: nothing better to understand and feel the culture of a company.
