It is now possible to show your current salary, not just your desired salary, on your ReKrute profile! This new feature allows recruiters to know your salary situation with your current employer, without waiting for the interview to discuss it. They can now see your current salary on your ReKrute Profile. This can increase your chances of being contacted if you match the employer's search criteria.
The current salary is a better indicator than the desired salary: it allows the recruiter to project and make you an offer based on the budget they want to allocate to the open position.
