Microsoft is launching a new recruitment drive as part of its Microsoft Partners program in all regions of Tunisia.
This program, which provides partners with resources to support them daily in their client relationships, particularly in the strategic shift to the cloud, will be presented on Thursday, April 21, at 3 p.m., at the Microsoft Innovation Center in El Ghazela Technopôle.
The evolution of this partnership model was initiated, on the one hand, by feedback from partners, and on the other, by strong demand from clients wishing to identify experts in Microsoft technologies, with clearer and more relevant differentiation on their capacity and commitment to design, sell and deliver innovative Microsoft solutions.
Excellent Expertise Level
Microsoft's model is based on an ecosystem of professional and highly competent partners. This model has largely contributed to the success of the American firm and is an important lever for job and value creation.
In Tunisia, the Microsoft partner ecosystem has generated, according to Gartner studies, more than 12,000 direct and indirect jobs.
"We chose to be a Microsoft Gold Partner to access dedicated resources and support of an excellent level of expertise, allowing us to offer a high level of service to our clients. Advancia currently has 20 consultants with the highest levels of certification on Microsoft technologies. It is true that to benefit from expert status in a field, in addition to having client references that demonstrate our experience on a given technology, we had to invest heavily in Microsoft training and certification. But we also needed recognition and high visibility in these areas of expertise. Thanks to the use of Gold Partner logos associated with areas of expertise, we gained the 'label' that allows us to promote our skills to our clients, increase opportunities, conclude more sales and build customer loyalty," said Anis Youssefi, Managing Director of Advancia It System.
Significant Investment
Microsoft invests more than $4 billion each year to support its partners and help them:
- develop their skills;
- innovate, and ever faster;
- differentiate themselves;
- make their offers known;
- increase their opportunities;
- benefit from local support;
- increase their sales;
- improve the support they offer their clients;
- accelerate the overall development of their businesses.
Salwa Smaoui, General Manager of Microsoft Tunisia, notes in this regard: "In a country where regional equity is sought, Microsoft encourages the recruitment of partners in all regions to support them in technology, skills and know-how transfers and in supporting business opportunities. The Microsoft Partner program will continue to evolve in the coming years to remain relevant and adapt to market evolution and customer needs. Microsoft partners who integrate these evolutions into their strategy will reap the greatest benefits."
