1. Briefly describe your firm.
Founded in 1993, DIORH has several years of experience in human resources management (Recruitment, Training & Consulting). Its reputation is the result of strict adherence to the professional ethics of consulting, demanding professionalism and a real sense of service. In this spirit, the DIORH firm manages its assignments in the best conditions of cost, quality and time.
Through our skills, professionalism, values and continuous improvement, we offer our clients permanent added value through consulting on the development of their human resources. This is the foundation of our existence, what we want to achieve and how we want to work with our partners.
2. How do you define the growth of the employment market in Morocco?
Regarding market growth, we have seen a good recovery in activity with strong demand in several sectors for many profiles.
3. Do you necessarily have to be a "high-potential" executive to interest a recruitment firm?
It is not only "high-potential" executives who interest recruitment firms; we are more interested in personality criteria and behavioral qualities that make the difference.
4. What are the profiles in short supply on the market?
We wouldn't speak of a shortage but more of a lack of rare skills for certain professions.
5. What profiles are you recruiting most today for your clients?
We currently have a strong demand for sales positions but also in finance and human resources.
6. In a few words, what advice would you give to candidates?
A candidate must know how to stand out through their personality; they must have leadership, good communication skills and, of course, an essential element today: speaking English.
