You may dream of having a little more time to breathe, between kids and work. The time may have come to review your work schedule with your boss. Perhaps you could get a flexible schedule or even a four-day work week! Is that still not enough? Maybe you're ready for a sabbatical.
New Tasks
Did your job change in 2012? Are you at best overwhelmed, at worst, on the brink of collapse? Maybe it's time to ask your boss for a reduction in tasks.
If it's motivation that's lacking, maybe you could look at a job change or at least, a change in the nature of your work. Who knows if your skills couldn't be used differently!
