Mimoun Bentaleb was Inspector General of the Ministry of Employment since June 2001.
Mr. Mimoun Bentaleb has been appointed the new Secretary General of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, announced a press release from the Ministry of Employment on Monday.
Inspector General of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training since June 2001, Mr. Bentaleb notably held the positions of provisional administrator in charge of the General Mutual of Public Administration Personnel (MGPAP/February-July 2009) and Delegate of the Centre-North Fes region at the Ministry of Equipment, Vocational Training and Executive Training (August 1987-September 1995).
A State Engineer in Energy Chemical Engineering (June 1986), Mr. Bentaleb, 50 years old and father of three children, is a member of the Central Instance for Corruption Prevention since January 2009, and he is also the main contact person for the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training with Diwan Al Madhalim since December 2005.
He is also Coordinator of the commission in charge of union diplomacy to defend the national cause in international meetings and social forums and vice-president of the national office of the College of Inspector Generals of Ministries.
A member of the commission in charge of the integration of graduates from the southern provinces (1999-2000), vice-president of the National Union of Moroccan Engineers (Vocational Training Section/1998-2002) and member of the Advisory Council of the Regional Academy of Education in Fes (1988-1995), Mr. Bentaleb led the commissions on social dialogue, reforms of the mutual code and provisions of the law on AMO, and he also participated in the development of the labor code and AMO and in the organization and work of the employment meetings (December 1998 and September 2005).
Mr. Bentaleb, who participated in the development of several methodological tools (audit, control, evaluation guides and procedure manuals) and in the audit of the European Social Fund (ESF), was also head of missions for diagnostic, evaluation, control and organizational, operational and financial audit.
