1. Which personality has had the greatest impact on you over the last two centuries, and why?
There are actually two personalities who have greatly marked and influenced me. But this is a question that I find very personal and that I prefer not to answer.
2. Do you easily find the profiles you are looking for?
We generally manage to find the profiles we are looking for without much difficulty. However, there are some exceptions for very specific profiles, specific to the sector, which are rare on the market. We have a particularly developed internal training and promotion program, which means that we rarely find ourselves looking for profiles that we do not have.
3. What profiles do you not find on the national market?
The only profiles we don't find in Morocco are very specific profiles in automotive wiring, but these cases are very rare.
4. As an HR director, what do you expect from young candidates?
We expect young candidates to have a very high capacity for integration to enable them to quickly pick up the pace within our organization. It should be noted that we do our utmost to facilitate the integration of young recruits within Delphi using several tools such as integration training, mandatory stays in the various departments of the company in order to better understand its operation.
5. What is the most common mistake you notice in a job interview?
Young candidates who demonstrate too much impatience regarding the evolution of their career and their salary. It is important that these candidates understand that they must first prove themselves and must give themselves the necessary time to begin a career progression under good conditions. As the saying goes, you shouldn't rush things…
Sometimes, we have candidates who ask us “if I am accepted, after two years, what salary will I have and what position will I occupy”.
Without good integration and an essential learning period, career progression cannot take place.
6. What HR values do you prioritize within your group?
For us, the essential values in terms of human resources are integrity and internal promotion.
