Always striving to improve the quality of its services and website, ReKrute conducted a large survey among its users, and many of you responded, giving us valuable insight into your expectations and habits. Thank you!
The first point to note is that, with the increasing use of the internet, job seekers have fully integrated employment portals into their daily search. For you, this is the preferred search method, followed by personal contacts, unsolicited applications, far ahead of recruitment agencies and the press.
According to your responses, approximately 30,000 candidates were hired this year via ReKrute.com.
This reflects the effectiveness of the services in connecting recruiters and candidates! These results corroborate our clients' statements: no less than 30,780 people have been hired since the beginning of 2012 via ReKrute.com.
By examining the content of our site, it appears that 78.2% of respondents read the newsletter and 70.7% regularly consult the "Career Advice" section because they find it relevant to their needs and attractive.
The Rekrute.com website has an attractive interface and content that is very appealing to the target audience (90.7%), mainly because it saves you time (76%).
Finally, and this will push us to constantly innovate, 82% of those interviewed are willing to recommend ReKrute after using it. Your loyalty touches us, and to thank you, we are already preparing innovations that will surprise you, to always better help you manage your career!
