Founded in 2011 with the opening of the first Jerrada Oasis clinic, the Group has expanded rapidly across the Kingdom. It now comprises over 44 facilities in 24 cities, with a capacity exceeding 4,100 beds and more than 10,000 employees. AKDITAL continues its growth momentum both nationally, with several openings planned by 2030, and internationally, particularly in North Africa and the Middle East.

The Group has also developed its own training academy, AKDITAL ACADEMY, designed to support the skill development of employees and meet the operational needs of its facilities. Inaugurated on January 2, 2026, and entirely funded by the Group, the academy offers training programs for young graduates without experience, as well as continuing education for current employees. The programs combine specialized theoretical modules, practical exercises in real conditions, and immersion internships, supervised by internal mentors and experienced trainers. The Group has also launched the e-learning Academy, an online training platform covering the entire Moroccan territory, which is expected to support the Group's international development in the long term through modules dedicated to various professions.
