The Career Path you will receive by email is not just an automatic summary. It's an intelligent reading of your professional development, with personalized advice.
A way to take a step back.
A way to turn your journey into a real action plan.

 

Why is it a real plus?

Many people move forward without analyzing their career path, without taking a step back. And yet, you need to ask the right questions to move forward well:

  • What is the coherence of my path?

  • Are my skills transferable?

  • What is my real position in the market?

  • What opportunities are opening up to me...?

With our new feature "Career Path", it all starts with uploading your CV, to analyze your journey and guide you.

 

How does it work in practice?

To advise you well, we need to know you well. Kiara, our AI that you already know, therefore needs an updated and current CV. We therefore invite you to import a recent CV to your ReKrute Profile page, or by attaching your CV directly by clicking on this link: https://bit.ly/4aZ0lMK

 

Career Path

 

 

Below is the precise procedure to follow according to the 2 approaches mentioned above:

1- Attach Your CV which is completed and analyzed by Kiara

Kiara automatically reads and interprets your attached document (PDF or Word). You just need to follow the indicated steps... This will also allow you to have a complete profile with recruiters :)

2- Your ReKrute profile is automatically completed

Your experiences, skills, training, and missions are structured and integrated into your ReKrute profile. You just need to validate each step, which takes no more than 2 minutes.
Result: a more complete, clearer, more visible profile to recruiters.
Be careful, however, if you already had a complete ReKrute profile, this information will disappear in favor of the new information indicated on your CV. An opportunity to update your profile in 3 clicks?!

3 You receive your "Career Path"

A personalized analysis is sent to you by email to help you understand, and you can also find it in the "My Career Path" tab in your candidate space:

  • What your journey says,

  • Your current career stage,

  • Possible natural developments,

  • Promising specializations,

  • Skills or certifications to consider,

  • Areas to strengthen your position... and many other informed tips to better manage your career!

With your "Career Path", you don't just upload your CV online, you get a concrete projection of your future and key advice for your career.
