2012 Best Employers in Morocco Awards: AMCHAM as Institutional Partner

Casablanca: The ranking of the best employers in Morocco is an initiative organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training and the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), in conjunction with the American firm Best Companies Group. This year, it will see the participation of AMCHAM (AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN MOROCCO) as an institutional partner.
This unique initiative is a first on the African continent and aims to pay tribute to Moroccan and multinational companies operating in Morocco that offer the best work environment and know how to attract and retain their employees.
In the 2011 edition of the awards, which saw the participation of more than forty companies of all sizes, 5 companies were distinguished: Sage, AstraZeneca, Jacobs, DHL, and HP CDG.
As a reminder, this survey is conducted with different companies and focuses on employees' perceptions of HR policies, company culture, working conditions, HR tools, professional development, compensation, and professional recognition. Employee opinions are the most important element in this survey, which is supplemented by an HR assessment of different HR practices within the company.
Registration is now open, and the results will be announced at the awards ceremony scheduled for November 2012.
