True partners in professional development for candidates and particularly useful for companies in their search for talent, recruitment firms continue to grow in Morocco and benefit from the employment market movement which accelerates the recruitment of increasingly diverse profiles.

Interview with Paola Tumbarello – HR Department of CRIT

1. Briefly present your firm.
CRIT Morocco is a subsidiary of the CRIT Group, a French company providing Human Resources services. Since its establishment in Morocco in April 2003, CRIT has continuously expanded its service offerings and improved the quality of its services while continuing to expand its network of agencies in Morocco.

Today, CRIT consists of a network of 6 agencies delegating more than 2000 temporary workers each day, working on more than 400 recruitments.

CRIT works with companies in 4 main areas of expertise which are:
  • Recruitment consulting
  • Temporary work
  • Personnel management
  • Career management

2. Do you necessarily have to be a high-potential executive to interest a recruitment firm?
Not at all, as Moroccan firms are mostly not specialized, all types of profiles are interesting to meet the needs of our clients.

3. What are the profiles in short supply in the market?

Field sales representatives, pure and simple, profiles focused on customer relations.

Receptionists: "hybrid" profiles since young women with excellent presentation and French speaking skills aspire to a higher-level position. Professional receptionists are very rare in the market.

Profiles specialized in import/export, transit and transport.

Finally, it is not so much the profiles that are difficult to find, but candidates with a professional conscience, truly motivated and reliable......

4. What profiles are you recruiting the most today for your clients?
All types of profiles, we are not specialized. We recruit assistants, accountants, management controllers, administrative and financial directors, sedentary and field sales representatives, general managers, HR directors, specialized production, maintenance, quality engineers, technicians, warehouse workers, receptionists, machine operators, marketing and sales directors, very specialized profiles in the pharmaceutical, aeronautical and industrial sectors...... etc.

5. In a few words, what advice would you give to candidates?
Take care of your presentation during an interview, it's the first thing a recruiter notices, clothing and the way you present yourself. Be attentive but also learn to highlight yourself.
