ReKrute's Participation in the Conference for World Equal Opportunity Day
ReKrute was pleased to support the Moroccan Student Foundation and participate in the 4th Moroccan edition of World Equal Opportunity Day on December 5th. Alexandra Montant, ReKrute's Deputy Managing Director, had the honor of speaking at this day organized by the FME.
The involvement of companies in promoting equal opportunities is a well-known reality at the FME and ReKrute.com. Alexandra Montant was reminded of the daily work of ReKrute's teams to promote diversity and social values. Indeed, ReKrute aims to be a platform promoting skills and fighting against all forms of discrimination. ReKrute allows candidates to find their ideal job in complete transparency: the candidate applies for the desired jobs and the response remains in the hands of the recruiter.
"From tonight's discussions, we agreed that the involvement of companies is a responsibility, whether or not they are in a labeling process. What we can take away from the exchange of practices is that several factors will have to be taken into account. The approach must be integrated into the company's vision, which will question its social involvement strategy in line with the values it upholds. The approach will be structured, by a survey of needs to meet the priority challenges of our Society, and in line with the priorities of the company itself. This will be done by targeting the populations to be reached and framing the actions." Wafaa Naim El Idrissi, Executive Director of the Moroccan Student Foundation.
ReKrute wishes to warmly thank the Moroccan Student Foundation and reiterates its commitment to future actions.
