We sometimes receive outdated or incomplete resumes
Internet recruitment is increasingly used for candidate search and also for monitoring.
Last year, we collaborated with the Rekrute.com portal to post a series of ads throughout the year for the recruitment of sales representatives, business developers, and buyers. The advantage is that we received several applications in less than 24 hours. E-recruitment is also a powerful communication tool that makes our company known as an employer. This approach allowed us to convey our company image on the site to reach both national and international environments.
However, not everything is perfect! In general, employment sites in Morocco do not filter irrelevant applications. This forces us to sort through to find serious applications. Another drawback is that we sometimes receive outdated or incomplete resumes. This requires us to contact candidates for more information.
