It’s only been a few days since you returned, but reality is already setting in: back to work, Ramadan, buying school supplies… Gradually, your schedule fills up, and the phone that you were just starting to forget is ringing again. But just because you're starting at full speed doesn't mean you should forget the small daily pleasures.
So, the new resolutions for this back-to-work period would be:
Avoid overwork! Because during this holy month, we tend to develop bad habits! Eating poorly, sleeping poorly, dragging our feet!! Instead, try to eat healthy and especially avoid excess sugar! Go to bed early; it will allow you to start your day in a better mood and, above all, ensure better work performance.
Pamper your body! Do some exercise. It’s still summer, the weather is nice, and Ramadan is ideal for physical activity! Take advantage of the continuous schedule to stroll by the sea. Nothing is better than a good dose of sea air to give you a boost.
Take time for yourself! Introspection and reflection are the key words of this holy month! Clear your head, opt for physical or spiritual escape, even for a short time. The best way to succeed in your return to work is to give yourself some special moments.
Happy return to work and Ramadan.
