Series of good news for Proxitel Tunisia, subsidiary of the European group Cortix. The Call Center located in Tunisia has just signed two important offshore contracts. Frank Chartier, its director, is delighted, “What is most important in these two contracts is that they were won by Proxitel Tunisia, which illustrates its technical and managerial skills and the strength of its team.”
Its two new clients, of European size, operate in two high-tech sectors: biometric viewing systems and remote surveillance platforms for the first, and document storage and backup technologies for the second.
Proxitel Tunisia will provide its two clients with complete appointment scheduling services, one of the strengths of its expertise in customer relationship management.
In terms of employment and recruitment, this good news is enthusiastically welcomed. Tarak Chabir, Head of Communication and Marketing, provides figures: “the arrival of these two new clients translates on the ground into a major expansion; more than 200 new positions are being created.”
These new recruitments, which mark the end of the crisis, will be followed in 2010 by a second wave. In the short term, the consequences will be accompanied by increased internal mobility and more rewarding career paths within the company.
