Searching for a job is a bit like running a mental, intellectual, and psychological marathon. It's a battle against others and against yourself to establish a new dynamic. It's exciting, it's motivating. It's demanding, it's exhausting. It's a necessary step in a career. The keywords will therefore be the simplest: Time, Rigor, Willpower, and...Organization.
Indeed, even before starting the race in the labyrinth of companies, before setting foot in the starting blocks, it is necessary to start by setting precise objectives in terms of professional targets, considering that a target is a specific function in a specific sector.
In an ideal vision of the project, you have 4 targets (1 target = between 5 and 15 companies) that correspond to 3 "dream" targets and 1 "practical" target, all 4 being quite satisfactory for you.
You will have well prepared and built your campaign when you have between 20 and 60 companies to which you will turn.
It is important to remain, during this kind of quest for the Grail, sufficiently alert and efficient to maintain this number of 4 until you obtain the position of your wishes. In other words, as soon as one of your hiring procedures has not been successful, you must develop a new target of action.
If you are unemployed, know that you must dedicate about 8 hours a day to your quest, or even more.
Certainly, if you are currently employed, it will be much more delicate. Here, it will be a matter of organizing yourself in order to have, at a minimum, 2 full hours daily devoted to your search.
In all cases, your best assets will always be regularity, method and patience as well as fierce motivation and willpower.
