The French Institute of Tunisia (Language Center) is recruiting French teachers to teach primary, middle, high school, or university/adult students. Teachers are recruited for 3 to 15 hours per week, from October 2014 to June 2015, in the different centers of the Language Center: Bizerte, Gabes/Mednine, La Marsa, Megirine, Nabeul/Hammamet, Sfax, Sousse, Tunis El Omrane, Tunis (IFT) and Tunis-Mutuelleville. Teachers must follow the Language Center's specific pedagogical approach and will work under the authority of the course manager in their center and the management. They must agree to attend the DELF habilitation training from September 8 to 10, 2014, from 9 am to 5:30 pm, at the French Institute of Tunisia.
Job Profile - Bachelor + 4 (in Literature or another discipline) and/or teaching experience; - Excellent command of French (written and spoken) - minimum level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages; - Additional training in French as a Foreign Language (if possible); - Intercultural knowledge; - Availability during the day and especially in the late afternoon (between 5 pm and 8 pm). Required qualities - Dynamism; - Seriousness; - Punctuality; - Team spirit; - Interpersonal skills.
