May 30, 2013– ReKrute and the Sanady Foundation signed a partnership agreement to develop funding for tutoring for underprivileged children. This alliance allows ReKrute to provide the Sanady Foundation with its corporate world expertise to increase the number of beneficiaries.
As part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ReKrute’s approach confirms its commitment, since its creation, to developing the job market by enabling all Moroccans, of all profiles, to access a job equitably.
"Employment and education go hand in hand. To fight unemployment and improve employability, it is essential to offer education to all underprivileged children who are unfortunately often left unemployed later, due to school dropout due to lack of resources. Supporting them from a young age can only increase their chances of succeeding in their social integration in the near future. The recent efforts of the Sanady Foundation on student guidance and support in building their professional projects have totally convinced us," says Alexandra Montant, Deputy Managing Director of ReKrute.
"This year, no less than 3600 children will be supported, compared to 2800 the previous year. This clearly demonstrates the involvement of Moroccan companies in the fight against school dropout," specifies Kacem Bennani Smires, President of the Sanady Foundation. "We hope that these thousands of children will one day be among the 35,000 people who, each year, find a job through the ReKrute.com website," he adds.
Through its program, the Sanady Foundation welcomes the children of workers from affiliated companies and offers them tutoring throughout the year. And the results are there: 35 member companies, nearly 3,000 student beneficiaries, 75% baccalaureate success rate, presence in 5 regions of Morocco.
Citizenship being one of the pillars of ReKrute, this partnership fits perfectly into the company's culture. An innovative approach that offers it the opportunity to exercise its social responsibility in a concrete and effective way.
