ReKrute, the leading online recruitment platform in Morocco, is creating the event again, with the new edition of its interactive job fair from October 30th to November 1st.
Last year, ReKrute launched the first virtual recruitment fair in Morocco: ReKrute iDAYS.
A real success with its 95,000 visitors, including 20% of Moroccans from abroad, qualified profiles (75% had a BAC + 3 and above), with different experience levels (24% from 3 to 5 years, 16% from 5 to 10 years and 10% with more than 10 years of experience).
Thus, the 38,000 CVs received and 262,000 chat exchanges between recruiters and visitors resulted in 97% satisfaction among participating companies regarding the profiles met.
Like a "classic" fair, ReKrute iDAYS allows visitors to find the best companies on the market and discover their HR needs, on the Internet, in a 3D environment.
Again, in just a few clicks, and from October 30th, visitors will be able to connect to the dedicated site for free, for 3 days, regardless of their place of residence, in Morocco or abroad. They will then contact these companies to find new career opportunities, or simply get information on the job market.
Lots of new features
For this new edition, ReKrute promises a more user-friendly environment thanks to new features implemented: a more powerful platform able to accommodate more visitors, and thus allow more interactive exchanges between them and recruiters. The exchange space will be more adapted to the large volumes of chats expected this year…
Among the best new features introduced for this new edition, the most innovative is the possibility for the recruiter to access the visitor's CV in one click, even before exchanging with him, and to give him an individual job interview if the profile is interesting: a simple, innovative and effective way for recruiters to find the profiles they are looking for.
