Last year, ReKrute launched the first virtual recruitment fair in Morocco: ReKrute iDAYS.
This first edition was a real success: 95,000 visitors, including 20% from Moroccans abroad, qualified profiles (75% had a Bachelor's degree or higher), with different experience levels (24% from 3 to 5 years, 16% from 5 to 10 years and 10% with more than 10 years of experience).
ReKrute iDAYS presents a user-friendly and intuitive environment that replicates the environment of a real recruitment forum online, adding interactivity, and even more confidentiality and objectivity in connecting recruiters and candidates.
Like a "classic" fair, ReKrute iDAYS allows visitors to find the best companies on the market and discover their HR needs online, in a 3D environment.
In just a few clicks, from October 30, visitors will be able to connect to www.rekruteidays.com for free for 3 days, regardless of their place of residence, in Morocco or abroad, from their office or from home. They will then get in touch with these companies to find new career opportunities, or simply to get information about the job market.
For this new edition, ReKrute promises a more user-friendly environment thanks to new features implemented
- a more powerful platform able to accommodate more visitors and thus allow more interactive exchanges between them and recruiters;
- a more adapted exchange space for the large volumes of chats expected this year.
