Thursday, April 25th, during our last keynote which brought together our clients, Human Resources directors and recruiters from various companies, we unveiled KIARA, our AI, specially designed to help recruiters write precise and attractive job offers. The event was also an opportunity for us to discuss and prioritize with our clients the future of recruitment technology on ReKrute.

Enriching the interactive nature of the event, participants took part in brainstorming sessions on four key themes: Candidate Management, HR Tools, Sourcing and Enhanced CV. Each group discussed various innovative ideas, ultimately voting on the concepts they considered priorities for development.

  • Candidate Management: Participants showed strong support for a feature allowing the export of candidate data for deferred virtual interviews, streamlining the remote recruitment process.
  • HR Tools: There was significant interest in project-based recruitment management, suggesting a move towards more structured and project-specific hiring practices.
  • Sourcing: The idea of a Big Data recommendation service was highly favored, which would analyze the career paths of all registered candidates to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Enhanced CV: Participants were particularly enthusiastic about the idea of refining the matching of personality traits offered by our tool Kapacity Revealer, advocating for a system that weighs personality compatibility alongside skills.
