Present on the job market for over 8 years, we have worked to satisfy our candidates by providing a continuous, high-quality service.
More than 50,000 candidates have found what they were looking for on our pages, and that is our greatest reward.
Following the receipt of a few emails from our candidates questioning the effectiveness of our services, we felt it necessary to dedicate this week's Editorial to ReKrute.com's positioning in this intermediary market.
ReKrute.com, an interactive media dedicated to Employment
ReKrute.com is above all a media outlet, in the same way as the press. Our vocation is therefore to communicate to our subscribers information relating to the job market in Morocco. We also support you in your searches by providing associated quality services such as Career Advice or a CV library open to companies that wish to use it. On the ReKrute side, we allow companies to efficiently manage their entire recruitment process internally through the posting of job offers, or the search for specific profiles in a qualified and up-to-date CV library.
ReKrute.com thus allows continuous connection between candidates worldwide looking for a job and companies that are recruiting. However, it is the companies that will contact you. As you have understood, we are not a recruitment agency! The latter are among our clients; they use our services to find on our pages the profiles best suited to their clients' needs.
ReKrute.com, two approaches to finding a job
You can first apply for job postings on our pages - in which case the person in charge of recruitment (the recruiting company or its recruitment agency) will manage your application and will answer you directly. However, negative answers are unfortunately not systematic, but if you have not heard back within 4 weeks, it generally means that your application has not been selected.
You can also upload your CV to our CV library where recruiters can consult it and contact you if it meets their needs. In both cases, you can maintain the confidentiality of your file by choosing the "Anonymous" mode for your CV.
