Launch of a new recruitment website for the group. The automotive sector will be making headlines again. Besides achievements, recruitment will also be on the agenda.
Renault is setting the tone by launching its new recruitment website, called Taléo, to strengthen its current HR system and support the group's various projects in Morocco, especially that of the Renault Tanger Mediterranee plant, which will generate nearly 6,000 direct jobs and nearly 30,000 indirect jobs. "Several positions in various fields (engineering, logistics, manufacturing, sales) are available now," the group points out in a press release. Many opportunities for job seekers and executives looking for new challenges.
Preferring to manage this aspect internally, the group aims to acquire the best skills available on the market. It thus offers candidates, via this new recruitment site, a single platform to bring together recruitment actors from job application to hiring. The recruiter posts requests on www.renault.ma, selects applications received and/or searches the talent pool and manages exchanges with its clients.
It has a history of candidates from the CV library as well as reports tracking requests filled or in process, it is emphasized. For the candidate, they only have to consult the offers published on the group's website (www.renault.ma) and make their choice according to the job, location and level of studies and submit their application for a job or internship. They will then be informed by email of the progress of their application at each stage of the process.
"Renault's new recruitment website in Morocco will allow the candidate to quickly select job offers and be informed at each stage of the process," the same source specifies. The new platform will therefore offer the possibility of having immediate visibility on the progress of recruitment, optimization of information exchange and document transmission between actors (recruiters, HR function and managers), as well as the provision of targeted reporting according to the actors. Another advantage: the candidate will have control over their profile in order to modify or keep it. It should also be remembered that as part of its ambitious human resource management policy, the group considers training a priority. It plans to set up three training institutes dedicated to the automotive sector. The first will be built in Tangier to provide the new Renault-Nissan plant with a skilled workforce, the second, also to be built in the city of the Strait, will be dedicated to equipment suppliers and the third will be based in Casablanca.
