To succeed at a job interview in English, you must first be able to speak and express yourself correctly in English, be well-prepared to answer the questions asked (you must know the vocabulary of an English CV), this is what will make you ahead of other candidates... Don't forget that the interview starts with a self-introduction (the candidate).
But, you must know the company and the position you are applying for. The advice that can be given to you on job interviews in French is the same as for job interviews in English. Because, indeed, it is always the same questions that will be asked. To give you an example, here is what you may be asked (recurring question!).
Q: What are your greatest strengths? (In French, what are your best qualities?).
You can answer that you are honest, enthusiastic, integrated into the team, open and good. And vice versa, the recruiter can also ask you the question differently:
Q: What are your greatest weaknesses? (In French, what are your biggest flaws?)
On the other hand, you will have to defend yourself well here. You don't have to be honest to answer this question... Since it will serve no purpose at all. On the contrary, it is better to start by answering: "Nobody is perfect". Then continue your argument with what you think yourself as a candidate.
