Phone Group, a Moroccan leader in offshoring professions, present in Morocco since 2000, intends to strengthen its continental presence and increase its presence in sub-Saharan Africa by increasing its workforce. The group wishes to recruit 1,000 new employees by the end of 2016. These will join the ranks of Phone Group employees deployed in Morocco, Dakar (Senegal) and Abidjan (Ivory Coast).

The structure currently has more than 5000 women and men spread across 10 contact centers in Casablanca, Mohammedia, Marrakech, Dakar and Abidjan. The group wishes to expand its employee family by integrating HR managers, resource optimization system managers, purchasing managers and training officers, in addition to operators to carry out various missions within the platforms.
