The satisfaction survey plays an important role in quality management because it is essential to measure the performance of an organization and to know the needs, priorities, but also the reasons for dissatisfaction of customers.
That is why, every year, ReKrute carries out a satisfaction survey with the main objective of collecting the opinions of our clients regarding the various dedicated services that we regularly put in place.
Indeed, we have always, since the beginning of our adventure, now more than 10 years ago, the will to initiate new actions and more projects to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
This new satisfaction survey conducted a few months ago allows us to highlight our strengths and assets, but also and above all to know and identify our areas for improvement as well as the emerging needs of our customers.
In order to be precise and not to forget any aspect of our services, we have grouped these results into four distinct chapters which we are pleased to present to you below:
Service quality.
This chapter highlights all the parameters that determine the quality of a dedicated service and the various interlocutors in charge of processing your requests. The questions focused on responsiveness, listening skills, respect for commitments, availability and professionalism. It appears that 96% of our customers (or 2800 customers) are satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of our services and do not hesitate to recommend us to their professional contacts.
It should be noted that the competence and efficiency criterion has seen a significant increase of 8% compared to last year, which we are particularly proud of, as the performance and responsiveness of our teams have always been our differentiating factors.

It was therefore essential that our clients evaluate these services. Indeed, the analysis of these results allows us to consolidate our positioning and contributes to improving our quality charter.

It should be noted that 81% of the clients surveyed stated that they had succeeded in recruiting the profile(s) sought, which also reflects the quality of the services provided by ReKrute.com.
