By following a company, candidates receive an email notification each time a job posting is made by that recruiter. This is a great way to boost your job postings and a good indicator of your attractiveness as an employer.
What happens when a candidate likes a job posting?
This option allows candidates to save their favorite job postings. Liked postings are always available in the Candidate area on ReKrute.
As a recruiter, you can find the Likes directly on your job postings. This allows you to see which candidates are interested in your posting, or those who liked it but haven't applied.
