It's surprising, but self-confidence has nothing to do with social success. At the bottom or the top of the professional ladder, there are people who are sure of themselves and others who are not. And sometimes, you can't tell. Because, at work, we try to hide our weaknesses to show that we are "reliable". But deep down, do you really have faith in your abilities?
