The TNS Sofres institute has just unveiled the results of a study on digital transformation in business. Conducted for Abilways Digital among HR and operational employees from companies with at least 200 employees, it helps to better understand the impact of new technologies in the professional environment and the perception of employees towards digital technology. 63% of employees believe that digital technology will have a very strong impact
48% think that digital technology has already had a very strong impact on their work
But only 27% of employees say they are completely comfortable with digital technology
Employees believe that digital transformation has had an impact on their own function (48%), on the way they work (41%) and on their company's business model (31%). They view digital transformations positively: 70% believe it is an asset for their career and 87% that it is a source of opportunities for their company.

Only 27% of respondents are completely comfortable with new technologies, but this proportion reaches 83% when including employees who are rather comfortable.
