Tunisia - Launch of the Employment Incentive Program

The employment incentive program, aimed at unemployed university graduates, started this Tuesday, August 21, announced the Ministry of Professional Training and Employment, in a press release published on the website of the National Agency for Employment and Independent Work (ANETI).

The program is open to all graduates, including those holding equivalent and approved diplomas in all specialties, except for national diplomas in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, the national engineering diploma (except agricultural specialties) and architecture.

It also concerns graduates from vocational training centers holding an approved higher technician certificate.

To participate in this program, the candidate must be at least 28 years old, have graduated two years or more ago, and have been registered with the employment and independent work office for three months. They must also belong to a family whose annual income does not exceed three times the minimum wage (SMIG), not be repaying a loan taken out to start a project, and not have benefited, within the last year, from internships of more than six months as part of the national employment fund programs, except for the "amal" program.

Interested individuals are invited to submit their applications to the nearest employment office or to the regional directorate of professional training and employment.

The employment incentive program allows its beneficiaries to follow professional adaptation internships to develop their professional skills and abilities in order to facilitate their integration into employment by gaining real-world experience and developing a network of contacts with the professional environment.
