Tunisia: Record Job Creation This Year!

The Minister of Professional Training and Employment, Abdelwahab Maater, promised this Friday, November 9, "record" job creation compared to previous years, thanks to the new development model.
Speaking on Shems fm, he indicated that his department has been allocated, by the state budget currently being developed, an envelope allowing the recruitment of 31,500 people in the civil service and public institutions.
The minister added that in the last 6 months, 60,900 jobs have been created, according to statistics from the National Institute of Statistics, equivalent to the number of jobs created under the old regime in one year.
