Tunisia, Employment: Over 1,600 Employment Operations in Nabeul (First Quarter 2015).

More than 1,600 employment operations were recorded in the Nabeul governorate during the first quarter of 2015, compared to 1,434 during the same period in 2014, an increase of 12.34%, according to the report of the regional office of employment and independent work.
564 higher education graduates were integrated into the professional environment during this period, compared to 351 a year earlier, an increase of 32.47%.
Job offers amounted to 2,488 during this period, 11% of which were intended for holders of higher education diplomas, particularly in specialties related to the manufacturing, textile-clothing, commerce and tourism sectors.
Regarding internship contracts carried out within the framework of active employment programs (SIVP, CAIP, CRVA, SCV and PEE), they reached 1,585, including 1,060 for higher education graduates.
Regarding self-employment, the number of beneficiaries of private initiative, support and complementary training programs reached 123 during the same period, including 37 holders of higher education diplomas.
