Tunisia – United States: 2500 jobs to be created in 2016.

The U.S. Embassy in Tunis commercial affairs officer, Deanie Holder, stated on May 8th during a signing ceremony of an agreement between the Central University and Amideast that the U.S. Agency for Development plans to create 2500 jobs by supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and assisting young people in launching projects.
Similarly, she indicated that the American government is willing to help Tunisia in several sectors. In a statement to reporters, Deanie Holder said that American investments in Tunisia will be one of the focuses of the meeting between Beji Caid Essebsi and his American counterpart during his planned visit to Washington.
