Tunisia-Ice Mall: 1000 jobs and a 60 million dinar investment.

Tunisian developer Lamine Kaouache announced the launch of Tunisia's first ice rink: Ice Mall. This project involves a 60 million dinar investment. It will generate around 1000 jobs. Its official launch is scheduled for the first quarter of 2015.
In an interview granted on Friday, May 3, 2013 to Express FM, Lamine Kaouache indicated that this investment is able to make Tunisia the Dubai of North Africa: "Morocco has already succeeded in this type of project. In addition, our country has the necessary assets to succeed in this 'dream' on a national but also international scale. Ice Mall is serious work. The market study lasted three years and the project will be presented today at 5pm to investors at the Concorde Hotel."
Mr. Kaouache specified that this investment is intended for families for their leisure: "It is a tourist project. According to the studies carried out, we confirm today that the need for leisure remains essential for the Tunisian family. Our target is already thirsty."
The developer affirmed that Ice Mall is only the beginning: "A whole chain in this type of project will begin."
