Tunisia: Partnership between PGH and the NGO Education for Employment (EFE).

As part of strengthening its HR policy, PGH has just finalized a strategic partnership with the NGO Education for Employment (EFE). The project aims to connect young job seekers with employment opportunities in major economic sectors.
To this end, a ceremony was organized on March 26, 2015, attended by Mr. Zied Ladhari, Minister of Vocational Training and Employment, and Mr. Abdelwaheb Ben Ayed. During the ceremony, 12 new PGH recruits received certificates after completing a specific accelerated training program in "Sales Force".
Furthermore, during this ceremony, a second partnership between PGH and EFE Tunisia was sealed by an agreement ratified by Mr. Abdelwaheb Ben Ayed, CEO of PGH, and Ms. Donia Ellouze, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of EFE-Tunisia. This partnership concerns the Poulina Academy project, intended for university graduates. The program includes cultural training in addition to the academic aspect.
Through these two partnerships, PGH confirms its status as a major recruiter at the forefront of new international HR and human resources management techniques.
