Successful 3rd edition of ReKrute iDAYS: Total Satisfaction

Overall satisfaction of ReKrute and its clients, both in terms of quantity and quality of candidates, is expressed as follows: "A very good organization that gave us access to a large number of quality CVs which will help us with long-term recruitment." declares the Dell recruitment team.

The success was once again confirmed for this third edition and satisfied both the many visitors and recruiters: 24/7 server availability, allowing recruiters to dedicate the necessary time and attention to visitors. The tool's performance is reflected in visits that lasted an average of 39 minutes this year, with 31 pages viewed per visitor!
The highlight of the solution: recruiters can still recover all the CVs of candidates who registered for the ReKrute iDAYS (67,502 applications submitted) for another month. "This year, the major new feature was the ability for recruiters to access all the profiles that visited the fair over the three days and download their CVs! Participation in this fair becomes an extraordinary source of talent for exhibiting companies." specifies Alexandra Montant.
As a reminder, this innovative concept consists of connecting candidates and recruiters on a virtual platform, reproducing the environment of a recruitment fair on the internet. For this 3rd edition of the ReKruteiDAYS, which took place from October 29 to 31, 20 leading companies, representative of different market segments: Renault, Axa Services, Axa Insurance, Danone Centrale Laitière, Société Générale, Lydec, RMA Watanya, Akwa, Dell, Intelcia Group, Outsourcia, Domino's Pizza, CNIA Saada, HP CDG, Eumatech, Siemens, Lesieur, Sopriam, Hit Radio and Club France Maroc participated in this edition, with the objective of meeting profiles that are fully in line with the positions to be filled and thus recruit efficiently. "Following our satisfaction survey, 100% of the companies that participated are satisfied with the profiles met at the fair." confirms Alexandra Montant.
This extremely positive assessment reflects the enthusiasm of candidates, both from Morocco and abroad, for this highly interactive recruitment method. Visitors were able to contact the Human Resources teams of leading companies, who were able to meet their numerous recruitment needs for the year through this method. From all over the world, and of all experience levels (17% with less than 1 year of experience, 23% from 1 to 3 years, 27% from 3 to 10 years and 10% with more than 10 years of experience), they were able to meet the expectations of recruiters from several sectors of activity, for very varied profiles and very rich job offers.
