At Coface, we create a strong and inclusive culture that is part of our DNA.

We promote well-being through well-being actions and flexibility granted to teams. These actions are evaluated quarterly through “pulse surveys” or engagement surveys that collect employee feedback on specific aspects such as culture, organizational fit, recognition, development… and measure the impact of the actions taken.

Exit interviews are also a powerful tool for feedback on the employee experience, in addition to regularly monitored and analyzed KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism rate, recruitment time…
